Refund Policy

We want every drop to be worth far more than it costs. If something goes wrong, here is how refunds and cancellations work.
Single micro-docs (₹9 / $1)
Because micro-docs are digital and delivered instantly, they are non-refundable once delivered. If a doc wasn't delivered, the file is broken, or you were charged twice, email us within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund you in full.
Monthly pass (₹199 / $19)
You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
If you're unhappy with your first month, email us within 7 days of that first payment for a full refund. Later renewals are not refunded for partial months.
How to request a refund
Email hello@18minclub.com from the address you purchased with, including the date and item. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
